Ms. Roberts serves as a Regional Attorney for CSEA, representing the Erie Unit of Local 815.

Mr. Riedel has been a director and past secretary (from 1995 to present) for the 100 Club of Buffalo. He is also a director (from 1999 to present), to the Western New York Jamicia Partners of Americas. He was elected a fellow of the New York Bar Foundation in January, 2001. He is also serving on the Advisory Board of the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Divine Child.

He has lectured extensively for the New York State Bar Association on the topics of “Estates Planning and Will and Drafting”, “Practice Skills Basic Probate and Administration of Estates”, “Lifetime Inter Vivos Trusts”, “Estate and Gift Taxation New Legislation,” “Beyond Practical Skills – Probate and Administration of Estates” and “Income Taxation of Decedents, Their Estates and Their Trust.” He has been an adjunct lecturer for Hilbert College from 1981 through the present,and has taught various paralegal courses including Estate Administration and Elder Law.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Reina spent nearly a decade working in the restaurant industry. For several years, he served as general manager for a multi-million dollar per year franchise. Mr. Reina’s business experience provides him unique insight into the issues facing the business clients he serves.

For more than 25 years, Mr. O’Reilly has served as a panelist and speaker upon issues of Matrimonial and Family Law in numerous seminars, workshops and symposiums sponsored by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, New York State Office of Court Administration, New York State Bar Association Family Law Section, Bar Association of Erie County, Peoples Law School and Psychological Association of Western New York.

Mr. Murphy has extensive experience, having argued over one-hundred fifty appeals throughout his career. He has successfully argued cases before the Appellate Division and the New York State Court of Appeals.

Mr. Murphy currently serves as a Town Justice in the Town of Pendleton. He is a former Niagara County prosecutor, where he conducted grand jury investigations and felony trials. As a Niagara County prosecutor, Mr. Murphy specialized in handling complex white collar and environmental prosecutions, as well as appeals. He was also a member of the US Attorney’s Office Environmental Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee.

Mr. Murphy has also served as an appeals attorney for the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo and as a private practitioner. He has represented appellants in the counties of Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Orleans, Steuben, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany.

Outside of the office, Mr. Morey enjoys cycling, hiking, following Syracuse University’s football & basketball teams, and spending time with his dogs.

Mr. Moore works to recover damages for his clients who have endured serious injuries. Over the course of his career, Mr. Moore has obtained over $10 Million on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Miller focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation, serving businesses that are engaged in conflict with other entities as well as businesses that are forging relationships with new partners.

He takes a personalized approach to serving clients, closely examining the specific needs of a business and tailoring a litigation strategy that can achieve the best possible outcome for his clients while limiting their cost.
